Our team of highly skilled and creative designers, gemmologists and master jewellers will guide and assist you all the way through the enjoyable and stress-free process.

Our team will work with you to create your custom made diamond engagement ring and any adjustments as needed including the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design so that you can view it from a number of angles. Once you give us the green light, your ring goes into production with our master jeweller. The time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how many other jobs are in the queue and the complexity of the design. For express jobs, the ring will be completed between 6 to 11 days after the design is finalised.
