We will discuss your options in detail and happily answer any questions or concerns you may have. As custom diamond jewellery specialists, we will assist you in choosing the perfect design and centre stone which suits your goals and budget. Once you are happy with the design, and a deposit is settled, our master jeweller craftsmen start with the creation of your custom made engagement rings.

CONSULTATION

Contact our team to discuss your requirements and obtain an obligation free quote.

We understand that many custom made engagement rings on the market are overpriced, making your happiest time a financially stressful one. We can help you achieve your dream custom engagement ring without blowing your budget.

All we require are your ideas, reference images and/or drawings, and our designers will offer additional suggestions to further enhance your ring.

Step 2
ACTUALISATION

Being able to design your own engagement ring allows you to capture your unique personality and style. It’s a once in a lifetime experience. Our team of highly skilled and creative designers, gemmologists and master jewellers will guide and assist you all the way through the enjoyable and stress-free process.

Our team will work with you to create your custom made diamond engagement ring and any adjustments as needed including the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design so that you can view it from a number of angles. Once you give us the green light, your ring goes into production with our master jeweller. The time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how many other jobs are in the queue and the complexity of the design. For express jobs, the ring will be completed between 6 to 11 days after the design is finalised.

Step 3
COMPLETION

Once our master jeweller has completed your custom engagement ring, we will contact you for an appointment to collect the ring from our showroom or if you prefer, we also offer free delivery via Express Post with insurance included. The ring is placed in a gorgeous ring box that has a LED light, ready for your proposal!
